In instances of multiple passenger pickups, please look for your name on the sign, among others.

We coordinate departures based on collecting passengers from specific flights, ensuring a maximum waiting period of 30 minutes. To maintain our schedule and your convenience, if you’re not present within 45 minutes post-landing, we’ll contact you to arrange your transfer on the next available shuttle, as our commitment is to keep your journey smooth and timely.”

To ensure a smooth journey to the airport with our shuttle service, please note that while we strive for punctuality, an exact pick-up time cannot be guaranteed. Your driver will arrive within a 15-minute window around the time you requested. Please be ready to depart your hotel at least 15 minutes early and allow the driver to come up to 15 minutes beyond your requested time.

For a stress-free transfer, we recommend scheduling your pick-up from the Prague centre 2.5 hours before your EU flight departure time and 3 hours before international flights, especially those bound for the US.

One fixed price for all hotels in Prague. We guarantee the lowest prices for shared door-to-door transport from Prague Airport. Email us your quote if you find a lower price for the same service, and we will adjust your price. Transportation of a standard two pieces of luggage is included in the fare; in the case of additional luggage or outsized luggage (e.g. bicycle), we suggest ordering a private transfer.

In the case of small groups, we might also provide a shuttle service in an ordinary sedan vehicle instead of a minibus. Multiple groups of passengers can also share the minibus, and the transfer can take up to an hour as there might be more stops on the way.
